App Licence (EULA)

Kellert Labs ("Kellert Labs", "we", "us" or "our") is Kellert Labs Pty Ltd, a proprietary limited company based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia (ABN 90 701 212 213). This website is published by us at kellertlabs.com.

The kellertlabs.com website, including its code and the other components it loads and runs in your browser, is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to load and run this software in your browser for the sole purpose of using the Site as intended. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted.

Except to the extent the law does not allow this restriction, you must not: copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the software; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it or try to derive its source; extract, redistribute, sublicense or sell it; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use it to build or train a competing product or model.

The app is a separate product with its own agreement. Your download, installation and use of the DARCE mobile application is governed by the DARCE End User Licence Agreement at https://darce.app/legal/eula, together with the DARCE Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at darce.app. That EULA includes the licence grant for the app, the restrictions on its use, and the additional terms required by the Apple App Store and Google Play. If you use the app, please read it there. Nothing on this page replaces or overrides it.

To the extent permitted by law, the website software is provided "as is", and the disclaimers, the Australian Consumer Law protections, and the limitation of liability in our Terms of Use apply equally to it and are incorporated here. Please also read our Disclaimer & Risk.
