Acceptable Use Policy

You may access and view the Site for your own information, and link to or share the Site's pages. That is the whole intended use.

You must not:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of others, or remove or alter any proprietary notice;
• use the Site, or anything it loads, to build or train a competing product or model; or
• encourage or help anyone else to do any of the above.

You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Site, except where the law expressly allows it;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or use bots or automated means to access the Site beyond what we expressly permit or what robots.txt allows;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, rate limits or access controls;
• probe, scan or penetration-test the Site or its infrastructure without our prior written permission; or
• overload, disrupt or impair the Site or the infrastructure it runs on, including by denial-of-service attacks.

If you are a security researcher and believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to kai@kellertlabs.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you disclose it publicly. We appreciate good-faith reports and will not pursue researchers who act in good faith and within this policy.

Where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, we may, with or without notice, block or limit access from an address or network, take technical measures to protect the Site, and report conduct to our providers or to law-enforcement or other authorities. We are not liable for action taken in good faith to enforce this policy or to comply with the law. Enforcement under this policy is in addition to our other rights under the Terms of Use and at law.
